Shah Bandar Jetty at Kuala Terengganu is currently under repair.

Reason being is the platform at Shah Bandar Jetty was severely damaged during the rainy season.

Shah Bandar jetty is under construction and yet to complete within this year.

Therefore, the ferry company have reallocated Redang ferry boarding point to other 2 jetties.

1. Address:

Pulau Duyong, 21300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

You may search the location through google map by typing Duyong Marina & Resort jetty.

Jetty name in Waze is Exhibition Marina Kuala Terengganu.

4. Tariff in Duyong Jetty

Each passenger ought to pay for standard tariff for Passengger Terminal in Kuala Terengganu.

The price is RM 7 / adult, RM 4 / student, Child below 12 years old is free of charge.

3.Ferry Schedule

Guest will get to Redang from Merang jetty by speedboat.

The land transfer (Kuala Terengganu – Merang jetty) and boat transfer (Merang – Redang) is approximately 1 hour each.

Please arrive by any coach or flight at Kuala Terengganu.before 08:30am, and returning by any coach or flight after 12:30 in noon.

4. Tariff in Merang Jetty

All visitors to Redang island need to pay compulsory Marine Park Fee at Merang Jetty.

The price is RM 10 / adult, RM 2 / child, Child below 2 years old is free of charge.

Conclusion

All the guests travelling to Redang island have to use Duyong Jetty or Merang Jetty to boarding in and out starts in Mar 2022.
