It takes about 45 minutes by the speedboat to get into Tenggol Island from Kuala Dungun Jetty.

1. By Flight
From Kuala Lumpur
The arrival airport of Tenggol Island is Sultan Mahmud Airport (TGG).
It is recommended to choose AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines.
Upon arrival, you need to take a taxi or grab to the Kuala Dungun Jetty.
The journey from the airport to the jetty takes 1 to 1.5 hours.
From Singapore / Johor
From Singapore, you need to fly to KL airport, after that transfer to Terengganu airport.
From Johor, you can depart from Johor Senai Airport ( JHB).
After arrival, transit by taxi or grab to Kuala Dungun Jetty.

2. By Bus
In order to catch morning boat at Kuala Dungun Jetty, you need to take bus departing the night before check in date.
Normally will be around 10 pm.
You will stay the night on the moving bus and arrive Kuala Dungun Jetty the next day morning.
From Kuala Lumpur
The journey takes approximately 5 hours from KL to Dungun.
After arriving at the Dungun bus station, you need to take taxi or grab transfer to Kuala Dungun Jetty.
It takes about 5 minutes from bus station to the jetty.
From Singapore / Johor
The journey takes about 7-9 hours
After arriving at the bus station, you need to transfer to Kuala Dungun Jetty by grab or taxi.

3. By Car
There are paid parking lots at the jetty for tourists to park.
Parking fees is around RM15 per night.
From Kuala Lumpur
The journey takes approximately 4 hours.
From Singapore / Johor
The journey takes approximately 6-6.5 hours.
4. Stay Overnight at Dungun
If you are not willing to take mid night bus in order to get morning boat at Kuala Dungun Jetty,
